Q1: What time is check-in and check-out?

 

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Flexible check-in if available. However, Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and at a cost of £10per hour.

Q2: Is breakfast included in the room rate?

 

Some of our rates include breakfast, and others do not. You can check this when booking your room, and add breakfast at the reception for a small additional cost.

Q3: Are there vegetarian options available?

 

Yes we have a Vegetarian break fast option, you can also use the "build your own" section of our menu allowing you to tailor the breakfast to your liking. For lunch we offer vegetarian Lasagne and a Chick Pea Casserole.  

Q4: Is the breakfast Halal?

 

We have halal options available, all items are cooked separately. For breakfast we have Halal sausages and turkey rashers. For lunch and dinner all our chicken dishes and beef burgers are Halal. However when ordering please specify Halal is required. 

Q5: Do you have private parking available?

We have private on-site parking. However, it is limited to five bays and on a first-come, first-served basis.
There is also off-site parking located at London NW10 7UL next to the Runway Food Cabin.
This is around 2-minute walk from the hotel, under 0.1 miles from the hotel.
Both locations are paid via the RingGo App.

Q6: Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel?

Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including all guest rooms and public areas. We have a dedicated fibre lease line on a 1Gb/1Gb bearer, offering consistent download and upload speeds of over 120 Mbps. 

Q7: Do you have a 24-hour reception?

​

Yes, our reception desk is open 24/7, and staff are always happy to assist you.

Q8: Which airports are close to the hotel?

​

The nearest airports are Heathrow (about 30 min.) and Luton Airport (around 45 min. ) by car or taxi.

Q9: How close is Wembley Stadium and the OVO Arena to the hotel

​

By driving or taxi you will be at stadium in 10-15 minutes. It takes around 25 mins via the bus and is around a 45 min walk.
 

Q10: Are towels and toiletries provided?

​

Yes, we provide fresh towels toiletries, and daily housekeeping.

Q11: What kind of charging point are available at the hotel?

​

In the car park there are three MONTA Level 1 charging points installed.

Q12: What languages do the staff speak?

​

All our staff speak English, and our team also includes members from Cyprus, Romania, and Iran. Who are fluent in Greek, Romanian, Farsi and Arabic.

Q13: Is there a lift/elevator?

​

Yes, the hotel is equipped with an elevator serving all floors.

Q14: Do you offer luggage storage?

​

Yes, we can store your luggage before check-in or after check-out at no extra charge.

Q15: How far is the hotel from central London?

​

Abbey Point Hotel (NW10 7DD) is approximately 30–40 minutes from central London by public transport, depending on traffic and train schedules. We suggest taking the 440 bus to Stonebridge Park tube station and using the Bakerloo line to go to central London. 

Q16: What public transport options are nearby?

​

The hotel is close to Stonebridge Park Station and several bus routes that connect directly to central London and nearby attractions.

Q17: Do you offer airport transfers?

​

We don’t have a direct airport shuttle, but we can arrange taxi or Uber services upon request.

Q18: Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

​

If you booked directly with us, please contact us by phone or email to change or cancel your reservation. For third-party bookings ( Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), please follow their cancellation policy. 

Q19: What payment methods do you accept?

​

We accepted major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as contactless payments. Cash is also accepted.

Q20: Are pets allowed?

​

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the hotel.

Q21: Is there a bar in the hotel?

​

We have a bar on site open 24/7. Guests can enjoy a variety of drinks, coffee, and light snacks at any time of the day or night.

Q22: Do the rooms have air conditioning?

​

Yes, all rooms are air-conditioned and include free wi-fi, smart TV, and a private bathroom

Q23: Do the rooms have TV's

​

All rooms are equipped with either a flat-screen smart TV or a flat-screen TV with a Fire Stick or Chromecast.
